HISTORY

Liberty Bells was started in September 2014 with JoAn White, Pastor Dick White's wife, as director. Four of the ten "ringers" had not played bells before so there was a learning curve. The first performance was in November 2014 during the worship service at Liberty UMC. JoAn made arrangements for Liberty Bells to lease (borrow) "Bells" from the Madisonville UMC.

​Caroline Hicks is now the director and there are several performances each year. 
​New volunteer "ringers" are needed. Musical experience is not required, just a desire to make a joyful noise as we worship our Lord.  ​
